Returns & Exchanges
Emily wants every customer to love their purchase. However, if for any reason an item isn’t quite right, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order.
To request a return or exchange, customers should contact hello@emilyabstract.co.uk as soon as possible, outlining the reason for the return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be dispatched back within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be returned in their original, resalable condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns should only be sent once approved. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted. Return instructions and the return address will be provided upon approval.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
Damages and issues
Every effort is made to ensure orders arrive in perfect condition. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should get in touch as soon as possible with photos of the issue so it can be resolved quickly.
Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to secure a different item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, customers will be notified of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
