Emily uses recycled and sustainable packaging wherever possible, while still making sure each piece arrives beautifully wrapped, safe and sound.
Prints
All prints are made to order and carefully produced by a trusted fine art printing partner. Orders are dispatched from the nearest printing studio to your location, helping to ensure faster delivery, safer transit, and no unexpected customs fees.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be provided so you can follow its journey.
Original artwork
Original pieces require a little extra care and preparation. Please allow 7–10 days for your artwork to be prepared and shipped. All original works are sent via fully insured courier to ensure they arrive safely.
For those local to Buckinghamshire, hand delivery or collection may also be arranged—please get in touch to discuss options.
Delivery partners & times
Orders are shipped via trusted delivery partners such as Royal Mail or other reputable couriers, depending on the size and destination of the parcel.
- UK orders: typically arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch
- International orders: delivery times vary depending on location, typically 5–15 working days
Shipping issues
Every effort is made to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. However, if there are any issues with delivery, delays, or damage in transit, customers are encouraged to get in touch as soon as possible so it can be resolved quickly.
